For the best retention, it is highly recommended to wait 24 hours after your fill or full set appointment to get your lashes wet.
What cosmetics can I use?
Please avoid the lash area. Apply around the eye area above the brow and under the eye, when applying any cosmetics, like lotions, primers, toners, oils, or serums.
When should I wash my lashes?
You can wash your lashes 24 hours after your appointment. We recommend washing them daily to obtain the longevity of your retention and eye health.
Can I use mascara on my lash extensions?
It is not recommended to use any mascara products on your lash extensions.
Can I rub my eyes with lash extensions?
Do not pull, tug or rub on the lash line or eyelash extensions.
How do I sleep with lash extensions?
For best results, avoid sleeping on your face and use a silk pillow case.
Do I have to avoid heat with lash extensions?
It’s recommended to avoid heat such as ovens, fire pits or steam while cooking.
What should I do prior to a fill appointment?
Please gently cleanse your lashes immediately prior to your fill appointment.
How often should i get a fill service for my lashes?
For best wear, I recommend a fill appointment every 2-3 weeks.
